Curves matter more than duration

A fast start with a long settle reads as weight and control. Linear motion reads as a machine, and the default ease reads as nothing at all.

Respect the setting

Anyone who has asked their system for reduced motion gets none of it. That is not a courtesy — for some people it is the difference between a usable page and a headache.
